Contest runs May 1 - May 31.

Entry fee $20 includes awards dinner.

$100 Heaviest Bird-----$100 Longest Beard-----$100 Longest Spur

$50 Lucky Bird-----$50 Youth Hunter (Total Score)

Youths 12 - 15 (Early Youth Hunt) April 26 and 27.

Youths can enter a bird during the youth hunting weekend but must be signed up by April 25.

General Contest Rules

Birds must be field dressed, intact and weighed in at Fisher Bay Restaurant to be eligible (nearest oz).

Beard measured from longest strand.  Multiple beards - longest beard used (typical categories).

Longest spur measured from base of spur (Nearest 1/16” for both spurs and beard).

In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by a drawing.

All entries must be legally taken and tagged in New York State by rules of fair chase, in accordance to NYS DEC regulations and comply with federal/state/local laws.

Entries will be disqualified if  in violation of rules of fair chase, regulations, or contest rules.

Judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry.  All decisions by the judges are final.

All entrants must be entered on or before April 30, 2014.  Youth hunters by April 25, 2014.
